How do I determine my size?
BUST - Measure around the fullest part of your bust section. (Without wearing a padded bra)
WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline making certain you keep the measuring tape snug, but not extremely tight.
HIPS - Measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is approximately 8" below your waistline for Misses Sizes, or 7" for Petite Sizes.
How do I find my appropriate size after making my selection?
Reference the size chart for each manufacturer. The size charts are located at the bottom of every dress page.
Find the size that corresponds to your measurements and make your selection from the drop-down menu in each product description.
(Hint ) If your size is in-between - we recommend choosing the larger size.
Record Your Sizes and reference them when making your selections.
Do you accept orders over the phone?
Yes. If you feel uncomfortable placing your order online we will be more than happy to accept your order over the phone. You will still receive the same online benefits such as order status, online tracking and payment confirmation.

Our Internet Store is open 24 hours/7 days a week. If we are unavailable to answer your call please leave a message or send us an email. We monitor our site throughout the day and promptly respond to all inquires.
Shipping and Handling
How long will it take for my order to arrive after making my purchase?
All (in-stock dresses) will ship either the same day, or next business day via UPS Service. Non-dress items such as small accessories may be sent USPS.
All (not in-stock items) will be immediately ordered from the manufacturer. Your order would be processed and shipping information will be sent to you via email. The total time you could expect to receive your order would be 7-10 business days.
What if the item I order isn't in stock?
If the item you order isn't in our store stock, we will contact the manufacturer direct in attempt to special order the gown. If the gown is in stock at the manufacturer and we can assure ourselves we can deliver it to you by your wear date we will proceed with the order. In instances where the item is not available we will promptly contact you and offer an exchange for a similar product and/or process an immediate refund.
What are your shipping charges?
Regular ground shipping is free to the contiguous United States.
Specialty shipping is available at the following rates:
UPS 2nd Day Air (Delivery by the end of the second business day) $40.00
UPS Next Day Air ( Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination ) $60.00
Please understand that these delivery estimate is from the time the package leaves our store. In the event we have to special order your dress, we have to receive it first from the manufacturer.
Can I track my shipments online?
We forward via email all package tracking information that is provided to us by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipment we ask that you immediately contact us via phone. We will research the shipment with our carrier and immediately issue you a replacement.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final in our store and online. All of our merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipment. In the event that your package is damaged during shipment we ask that you immediately contact us so we are able to rectify the problem with the carrier and issue you an exchange.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges. We special order dresses from the manufacturer on behalf of our customers. We cannot accept cancellation requests once we have placed a special order on your behalf. Our manufacturers do not accept returns on items. As dress production is seasonal, differing sizes in specialty dresses may be sold out or unavailable for exchange. Also we cannot restock or resell used dresses as new. In order to keep our prices low for our customers, we will not increase our prices to take in account for returns and exchanges.

What is your Low Price Guarantee?
Should you find a lower price on the exact same item we carry in our online store, use the Contact Us form or call us and we will meet the price. This applies only to in stock, non-sale, non-clearance merchandise.
The price must be verifiable by providing us with the URL of the exact same item being offered at a lower cost.
This offer doesn't include previous purchased merchandise and is not valid in our physical store location.
